great location, friendly and helpfull staff, bars and clubs in the neighbourhood.
The location is fantastic and the noise from bars/clubs below was minimal. The room was small but well equipped and the wi-fi/internet facilities excellent. Satff were extremely helpful adn friendly.
No free tea or coffee
The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and use of free internet was also very useful
they really do need to sort the breakfasts out, they tried, but need to try a bit more,
size and design of the room.
I had a very bad experience with this hotel. It is located on top of a disco which means that you can hear music, and you can also feel vibration from the music beats, inside your room all night long. On a Saturday night, for instances, there was music on until 8:30 in the morning...not recommended at al !!!
Very close to the city. Very clean.
We had to change appartment at the last minute but we were well relocated. We hasd problem with the air conditionning.
Fab location !!! 20 sec. From main square , huge apartments, ac, tv. We had apart. 3 with 7 beds and 2 bathrooms!!! Would recommend for sure!!!
No kitchen facilities ;(
Easy access, very close to nightlife, nice facilities.
Pergamin Apartment was in a perfect location close to the Market Square and other sites in Krakow. It was clean and quite and the staff was professional and helpful. It was an excellent place to stay for the price.
Geographically it was ideal, just off the main square. All receptionists on duty were pleasant and helpful. A very pleasant stay.
There was a night club below us. It was noisy because of the music but wasn't a problem with rowdy customers, as it probably would have been in the UK. The apartment could have done with a lick of paint here and there. The Shower doors didn't close properly and there was a little damage to the Bathroom door.
Service was good and room was clean and comfortable.
We have stayed at Pergamin before and loved it so much that we booked the same room near the Market Square. Unfortunately they moved us to another set of apartments for no apparent reason. these were too far from the centre to be comfortable with children and in a noisy and not very picturesque part of town. Still very clean and good quality but unfortunately we won't book again if we cannot be guaranteed where we will be staying.
The best thing about this aparthotel is the location. It is set about 50 metres off the main square in in Cracow. You can go to all the attractions of the old town by foot. The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes. The decor is very nice and modern and the room are comfortable and spacious. The staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who want a nice place to sleep and doesn't want or need to spend too much time in the hotel.
The sheets were not changed during our four day stay. The towels were only changed because we asked. I think that the same would have applied for the sheets. This wasn't a problem since they changed our towels when we asked. The water wasn't sufficiently hot, which is not nice because Poland is quite cold.
The staff were extremely helpful and although there were hiccups with our booking (wrong room first night, no lead for TV) they did their best to sort to our satisfaction. Ideal location for exploring the city and very good value for money. Quite lively so not for those who want peace and quiet!
Beds could have been more comfortable and some nights were noisy due to location of bars.
Stayed their one night, set just off the Market square facing subway just a min walk from all of the attractions and night life but no noise from any of it. Rooms were luxury and cozy, hotel staff excellent and very helpful. There was tea, coffee making facilities plus mini bar at extra cost, on suite shower with lots of compliment ty nivea toiletries. Would stay again and recommend to any one. 10 out 10 to Booked.net
Location is great.
No bad points whatsoever.
Extremely pleasant and helpful staff at Reception, especially Mariella, who we met on our first and last day. The location of the hotel was excellent for visiting Krakow as a tourist. The decor of the hotel, particularly the main corridor, was to a very high standard.
Unfortunately, street noise was very loud throughout most of the night, especially Friday night. Some of the items in the room needed some repair; the clock radio didn't work and one wall light was falling off. At various times of the day there was no hot water for a shower. However, I would recommend the hotel to anyone and would definitely return.
